Questions
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace returns to Free. Charts beyond the Free allowance become read only until you upgrade again.
How is payment handled?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers, and you can manage your payment method and invoices from the Stripe billing portal.
Can I get an invoice for my finance team?
Yes. Every payment appears on your billing page, and Stripe emails a receipt for each charge.
